Returns
Returns of unused items are accepted within 8 days of product arrival. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Exchanges (Defective Products / Incorrect Shipments)
If a product is defective or you receive a different item than ordered, please contact us within 8 days of product arrival. We will exchange the item at our expense (cash on delivery).
Ring Size Exchange (Free)
If the ring size does not fit, we offer free size exchange within 1 month if the item is unused. If you wish to exchange the size, please contact us via the inquiry form.
Cases where returns are not accepted
- Used items (with signs of wear, scratches, or dirt)
- Items for which 9 days or more have passed since their arrival
- Items that have undergone processing such as engraving or name printing
- Custom-ordered or made-to-order items
- Limited edition or sale items
How to return an item
If you wish to return an item, please first contact info@calafo.com. We will provide you with the return address.
