Shipping Method

Your order will be delivered by Japan Post (Yu-Pack) or Yamato Transport.

Shipping Fees

Free shipping on all items (excluding Okinawa and remote islands).

Shipping Timing

After confirming your order, we typically ship within 3-7 business days. Custom order items will take approximately 2-3 weeks for production.

Delivery Time

After shipping, delivery usually takes 1-3 days. Please note that delays may occur due to traffic conditions or weather.

Tracking Number

After your order has shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number.

Packaging

Your jewelry will be carefully delivered in a jewelry box. If you would like gift wrapping, please specify this in the remarks section when placing your order.
